Conditions of entry

  1. Event organiser

    Organiser of the event is Heinz KETTLER GmbH & Co. KG, Hauptstraße 28, 559469 Ense-Parsit, hereafter called "KETTLER".

  2. Participation requirements

    These participation conditions are accepted with participation. Condition for participation is a minimum age of 18. Every participant agrees that his or her name will be published if they win.

  3. Participation options

    All authorized participants can upload photo or video images to the KETTCAR-microsite. Object of the contribution must be the original KETTCAR. KETTLER reserves the right to exclude contributions that do not show an original KETTCAR resp. other products from participant.

  4. Obligations of the participant

    The participant assures that the contribution does not violate the rights of third parties. Of course the contribution may not contain any content that violate legal regulations or the good manner, specipically the contribution may not glorify violence, be racist, pornographic or otherwise harmfult to youth. KETTLER reserves the right to exclude contributions also regarding technical faults.

    The participant assures that he is sole author of the contribution and that all depicted persons have given their consent to the publication of the contribution. If third parties should enforce claims in association with the publication of the contribution, the paricipant holds KETTLER free from all claims. The participant grants KETTLER a simple utilization right without time and space limitations to the contribution for all media.

  5. Data protection

    Of course KETTLER adheres to the legal regulations concerning data protection. No personal data is forwarded to third parties and no addresses are sold. KETTLER will save personal data of the respective participants exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. The participant hereby expressly declares his consent to the saving and usage of the stated personal data concerning the above-mentioned purpose.

  6. Legal Disclamer

    KETTLER reserves the right to adapt these participation conditions adequately anytime.
    There is no right of appeal.
